Ghost and comments
Tim's post, and the conversation below it, has me rethinking comments on this site. I really want to make Ghost's built in comments work, but I similarly do not like the login requirement. That all being said, Disqus is a no-go for me at this point, and getting off of it and on to a CMS that had built in comments was part of why I made the switch from Hugo. Overall I think Ghost's Magic link system isn't too bad, and serves as decent anti-spam but I'm not happy with the design of the comments section around "becoming a member" and it seems difficult to customize.
I'm going to make an attempt at customizing the built-in commenting system, but I've also found this as an alternative I might play with:

It seems very simple, but also supports importing comments from Disqus and WordPress, which seems awesome. Maybe I can get this working inside of my existing environment that runs Ghost, and make it an optional part of our Ghost installer on Reclaim Cloud?
